Conway Mill Trust

April 23rd marks the 1,000 anniversary of the Battle of Clontarf between Brian Boru and the King of Leinster.  Boru was killed, and after his death Ireland reverted to the fractious status quo between the many small separate kingdoms that had existed before Brian’s rise to power.
