A Bit of Irish Humor

Seamus was hailed as the most intelligent man in Ireland and was selected by the Mensa Board to enter the English Mastermind Competition. At the competition in London, Seamus was asked by the MC what his special subject was to which he replied, “Irish History.” The MC asked, “What year did the Easter Rising take place?” Seamus replied, “Pass.” “Who was the leader of the Rising?” asked the MC. “Pass,” says Seamus. “Well then, how long did the Rising last?” and once more Seamus says, “Pass.” Instantly, a voice from the audience shouts, “Good man, Seamus. Don’t tell the English nothing!”
