There is a new festival in Ireland called “Pilgrim’s Path Day.”  It is a dense network of walking paths.  This heritage hermit themed event is organized by local communities adjacent to each penitential route and is aimed at raising awareness of Ireland’s rich inheritance of pilgrim paths.
