Conway Mill Trust

Modular homes in Dublin are costing more to build than an actual house, costing the taxpayer 191,000 euros each.  The temporary houses were seen as a short term solution to the homeless crisis in the city.  This cost is 11,000 euros more than the cost of building an actual house which is 80,000 euros.  Weather has been blamed for the increase.
