Kate Middleton has influenced the fashion world and brought lots of business to Irish designer Orla Kiely.  Kate wore one of the designer’s dresses to a palace function and immediately sales of the dress went up.  It was a dove patterned (called the birdie dress) winter grey and cost $263.00 from the high-street rack.
