Irish Cultural Museum In New Orleans Now Open

The Irish Cultural Museum has opened in the French Quarter, New Orleans. It tracts the arrival of the Irish in the 18th Century through the present day including the building of the New Basin Canal in the 1800’s when thousands of Irish immigrants perished.
