Conway Mill Trust

The great-grandson of James Connolly a hero of the Easter Rising is fighting to save buildings on Moore Street in Dublin. A plaque on one of the buildings reads, “The last battle of the Rising.” It is where the rebels surrendered to the British. James Connolly Heron is leading the campaign to stop having a shopping mall erected on the site.
