Wexford Town’s Sammy

Wexford Town has a pet seal called Sammy.  He follows the fishing boats dining on mackerel and herring which the fishermen throw to him.

Vine Month Celebration

Sept 2-29 is called the Vine Month.  It is a time of great harvest producing fruit used to make wine.  It is a good time to get balance as there are equal hours of darkness and light. The vine is a symbol of  happiness and wrath.  Use the leaves of the vine to enhance ambition and goals during the month.

On Sept 10. 1602 Red Hugh O’Donnell died in Spain, most likely poisoned by a British spy.
