Conway Mill Trust

According to the “Chronological History of New England,” which tells the history of the colonists in 1631, a ship was sent to Ireland for provisions for the hungry pilgrims.  When the ship returned after months of waiting, a day of thanks was declared. Ireland was the only country, including the mother country England to aid the famished people.
