Liam Neeson is to be the narrator for a 3-part documentary on the Easter Rising.  The Keough-Naughton Institute of Irish Studies at University of Notre Dame has collaborated with several universities around the world to look at the event.  It will be broadcast on RTE, BBC and PBS.
